This is the first one. Calle 55 #52-27, Obra 2000, Bello. The street pin falls at 6.3394693, -75.5682360, in El Porvenir. Andrés Molina Betancur opened the neighborhood Mexican here, with the Virgin in the name and two employees. The other rooms are children. If you are only going to learn one, make it this one on a weekday, when the room still feels like a restaurant and not a line.

What to order at the original

The price card we have is from 2019, when Medellín Guru sat down in Bello. Three tacos from $13,900 to $18,900. Enchiladas $12,900. Quesadilla, chimichanga, and burrito at $13,900. Flautas, four, $13,900. Do not pay with those numbers. Order with that shape. First visit: flautas and three tacos. Hot sauce on the edge, not on top. If you want a main, one of the meat or chicken plates that year ran from $14,900 to $24,900, and seafood only if today's wallet can take the jump that already reached $45,900 in 2019.

Reference hours and the walk

A Carta listing publishes Monday and Tuesday 17:00 to 22:30, Wednesday until 23:00, Thursday and Friday from 12:00 until 23:30, Saturday 17:00 to 22:30. It skips Sunday. Confirm at the door. The house has changed since 2019 and a third-party hour is not a promise.

From the metro, Bello station on line A. From there it is about ten minutes on foot to the park, or a minimum taxi, and from the park to Calle 55 a short walk. The church on the park is the reference everyone in Bello understands. Do not arrive by car on Friday at 8 with no plan for where to leave it. The neighborhood fills and this is not a mall branch.

The room

Look at the oval of the Virgin. It is the same one on the cover, green mantle and roses, on the dark green of the card. The check, if they still keep the rite, arrives in a wooden box. It is not a trick. It is the ending. Order the margarita after the starter if you are drinking. In 2019 it ran from $13,900 to $19,900. Today it will be another figure. A pitcher of sangria is not for one person.

If Bello is far, do not suffer: Belén and Laureles are in Medellín, Madera is the other Bello room, and Itagüí closes the south. But if you can, come here first. The brand makes more sense where it started, with the park around the corner and without the rush of the circular. Order flautas. Try the sauce. Stay for the wooden box.
