Palma Grande is the Crepes that does not need a mall to justify itself. Carrera 38 #18-85, local 175. The brand publishes 6.2203781, -75.5688492. Restaurant and ice cream. It sits in more of a neighborhood than the window on Carrera 36, which is why a table sometimes exists when El Poblado has already formed a line.
Hours
Monday to Saturday, 12:00 to 21:00. Sunday, 12:00 to 20:30. The holiday they publish runs 12:00 to 20:30. Phone 604 349 6810, extension 4716. This is not an 8 a.m. brunch room. If that was the plan, it is El Poblado. Here the day starts at noon, like lunch, not like a weekend breakfast.
The card, without mall makeup
Order what you would order in any room of the chain, because the batter does not change neighborhoods. Ham and cheese at $19,900 on the Oviedo reference. Egg at $20,800 if you arrived right at opening and want it to be lunch-breakfast. Roast beef $25,900 when you are actually hungry. Cheese alone $14,200 so you can share dessert. Nutella $16,300 with fruit. Arequipe with cheese $13,900 if you are already of the house. Ice cream is here, because the brand lists an ice cream counter, not only a restaurant. Order it in a cup, at the table, not to walk Carrera 38 in the one o’clock sun.
Prices, delivery, and the other doors are on the Crepes & Waffles menu. Palma Grande does not have a parallel card. It has less theater.
Getting there
38 with 18 is a Medellín address that makes sense by car and by app. It is not the most obvious walk from the metro. From Exposiciones or Industriales a short car works. From El Poblado it is a drop toward downtown, not a climb to Las Palmas. Parking is the shop or the block, not a mall ticket. On Sunday at 1, look at the street before you loop three times. If it is impossible, El Tesoro solves the car and charges you in corridor time.
The brand includes Palma Grande on the Medellín list of rooms that allow pets. Ask which terrace or zone. Do not tie the dog at the door and walk in as if they already said yes.
Who it is for
Anyone who lives on this axis and does not want to climb to El Poblado for a crepe that is the same. A weekday lunch for two, while local 175 still breathes. A family that prefers neighborhood noise to brand noise. It is not the hill plan. That is La Nutibara. Arrive at 12:10 if you want to be early, order one savory and one sweet, and stay. Palma Grande only fails if you treat it as a stop on the way somewhere else. Sit down. The iron is here.
